Chancerygate and Bridges complete €40m Dublin logistics development
Three units totalling 31,200 sq ft have been pre-let at Airport Trade Park, a grade-A urban logistics development near Dublin Airport.

The scheme in South Yorkshire is now fully let following the earlier completion of a 186,000 sq ft lease to Gem Imports.
The company plans to develop two more industrial units at the established Mountpark industrial and logistics site.
The deal is the third purchase for the JV, which plans to upgrade the site to provide high-quality industrial units and secure yard space.
According to economics director Allan Wilen, worsening figures for the three months to February mean hopes for a recovery later this year "now hang in the balance".
Chief executive Lynda Shillaw said: “We are in a strong position to capitalise on market trends and unlock value to crystallise attractive medium-term opportunities."
