Opinion / Comment

Opinion articles (op-eds) of around 650 words are welcome on any relevant topic. Submissions should offer genuine thought leadership – we do not publish backlinks to contributor websites and may edit articles to remove marketing messages. Please initially submit a short bullet-point outline to Legal & Professional editor tim.clark@emap.com.
Markets and Regions features

Our weekly features typically focus on a particular region or property sector. Work starts 4-6 weeks in advance of publication, with a synopsis for each feature made available online about a month before publication. Contact details for the assigned journalist will be included in the synopsis. Alternatively, email Features Editor andy.hillier@propertyweek.com.
Big Interviews

To put forward a potential interviewee, please send a brief outline about the individual, their current role and past experience.
Please also outline what they would like to talk about and why it is relevant to the broader property sector. Email andy.hillier@propertyweek.com.
Letters to the Editor

We welcome feedback in response to Property Week articles or any other topic relevant to our audience of UK property professionals.
Letters should ideally be 300-350 words long. Please note that all submissions may be edited prior to publication. Email lem.bingley@propertyweek.com.
Advice for pitching
- Contact the individuals outlined above directly – please don’t copy in the editor.
- For Markets & Regions features, pitch ideas and projects, rather than people or companies.
- Pitch at least four weeks in advance of publication date.
- Avoid targeting multiple opportunities in one email.
- Ensure spokespeople are available for interview over the phone.
- Make sure you have relevant, high-resolution images available.
- Please don’t ask for quote approval.
Diversity

Property Week is a committed to improving diversity in property. Please help us to improve representation of women, ethnic minorities and disabled contributors by putting forward diverse spokespeople and authors wherever possible.
