Squashing squatting on hold for a later date
The government's decision to introduce a criminal offence of squatting is progression although I am troubled by the decision to limit the offence to residential property alone.

Is George Osborne on the REIT track?
The annual ’excitement’ of the Budget is looming but I dare say few of us envy Mr Osborne’s job next week.
