Barratt Redrow is the UK’s biggest residential developer, operating under four brands – Barratt Homes for first-time buyers and young families, Barratt London providing homes in the capital, David Wilson Homes for “mover-uppers and growing families”, and Redrow for premium purchasers and downsizers.
The firm was established in 1958 in the North-East and listed on the Stock Exchange in 1968. It acquired Wilson Bowden in 2007 and completed its £2.5bn merger with Redrow in 2024.
