Legal guidance: Land agreements subject to full force of UK competition law
The Competition Act 1998 (Land Agreements Exclusion and Revocation) Order 2004, which excluded land agreements in the UK from the application of the UK prohibition of anti-competitive agreements, was revoked on 6 April 2011.
